• Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. 
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of receipt of damage products. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate. Please Contact us by email, at sheisyoubeauty@gmail.com, in the email, please provide :

• Your name
• Order number
• Photo or Video of the product

• Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, that is non-refundable. 
• The product must be received within 30 days from the date you received your order. 
• We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.   
• If approved, you'll be automatically Refunded on your  original payment method.  
• Please allow 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

• If a package is delivered back to us due to  an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for us to ship it back out.
